At SpliceGroup we are committed to being socially responsible both in terms of how we operate and how we contribute to the global community. We play our part to make a positive impact through sustainable initiatives.

We are fully focussed on our sustainability performance and now calculate our business carbon footprint annually with 2021 being our baseline year. Already we have seen a 9% reduction on our footprint since this time. In addition to this, we also disclose our ESG performance annually on both the CDP and EcoVadis global rating platforms.

We have made some significant improvements to date which include:

Renewable energy usage, change to LED lighting in our offices and supply chain improvements.

Our net-zero targets have been approved by the SBTi and published on the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) website, and we have short, medium and long-term targets which are to be carbon neutral by 2025; to have 100% renewable energy by 2025; to have 20% reduction on baseline emissions by 2025; to have 65% reduction on baseline emissions by 2040 and to reduce scope 1 & 2 emissions by 42% by 2030 and to reach net-zero by 2050.
