This National Apprenticeship Week, we want to take the opportunity to celebrate the ongoing commitment and incredible achievements of our team members who are excelling in their apprenticeship journeys.

We are thrilled to acknowledge Jack Chippendale, who recently completed his Apprenticeship Network Cable Installer Level 3 – a fantastic milestone!

Additionally, we have two team members eagerly awaiting their End Point Assessment (EPA) results. Sanusi Ibrahim – Network Engineer Level 4 and Oliver Lowe – Network Engineer Level 4. We wish them the best of luck and look forward to celebrating their accomplishments soon!

Our team’s dedication to growth doesn’t stop there. Currently, we have three staff members undertaking apprenticeship programmes. Cameron Griffiths – Network Engineer Level 4, Mahabub Sikder – Network Engineer Level 4 and MM Sohel Rana – Network Engineer Level 4.

At SpliceGroup we take pride in supporting our employees’ development. Our apprenticeship programmes, covering areas such as Network Engineering and Leadership and Management, are designed to provide our team members with the training and skills they need to excel in their chosen careers.
