Supporting our communities through food bank donations ⭐

As the year draws to a close, the festive season invites us to reflect on the joys of Christmas—family gatherings, festive meals, and celebrations. For many, it’s a time of happiness and abundance. However, we are reminded that this season can be especially difficult for those facing challenges, and it’s a time when community support matters most.

At SpliceGroup, we believe in the power of giving back to the communities that have supported us throughout the year. That’s why, this Christmas, staff have kindly donated items which has enabled us to make donations to local food banks in Leeds and Peterborough. These contributions, led by our Human Resource Manager Europe, Claire Featherstone, and SHEQ Manager, Anneliese Bottomley, aim to bring comfort to those in need and alleviate some of the struggles families may face during the holiday season.

Why food bank donations matter

Many families across the UK are often struggling to make ends meet and rely on food banks more than ever. By supporting food banks, we’re able to extend a helping hand to individuals and families in our communities, ensuring no one goes without the essentials during this special time of year.

Our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

At SpliceGroup, our dedication to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is more than a box to tick—it’s at the heart of who we are. From organising local collaborations to coordinating charitable initiatives, we’re committed to making a real difference.

Under the leadership of Claire and Anneliese, our CSR strategy focuses on building positive relationships with our local communities. These food bank donations are just one example of our broader commitment to supporting those in need, and we are proud to contribute to efforts that create lasting impacts.
